Summer’s Edge

These are designed for athletes who want consistent reps, real feedback, and noticeable improvement heading into next fall! We also guarantee your athlete will get better, or you get a refund.

We’ve built three options so you can choose what fits best:

  • Full Training Track: complete development with privates, small groups, and strength

  • Lighter Track (Most Popular): great balance of training + flexibility

  • Skills Track: lower commitment, skill-focused (no lifting)

Spots are limited in each track to keep the quality high, so if you’ve been waiting to jump in, now’s the time. Classes will be on Tuesday/Thursdays from 5-7 or 6:30-8:30 with lift included.
